Short-Stay and Rehabilitation Center is licensed and certified by the State of Minnesota for Medicare and Medicaid. Lakeshore is an insurance third-party payor participant.

Nursing and personal care, dietary services including special diets, housekeeping, laundry, activities, pastoral care, and social services are all included in the daily rate. Beauty shop, therapy services, physician visits, medications, laboratory and x-ray services, and all other physician ordered ancillary services or treatments, may be billed separately depending on your payment source. There will also be nominal charges for some activities.

Assisted Living & Memory Care are private pay.
