Living on the New Campus

The new Lakeshore emphasizes ease of living. Completely surrounded by the beauty of the outdoors, the new campus offers breathtaking views of Lake Superior and a relaxing environment in which to live. And with no yard work to worry about, residents will simply be able to enjoy their surroundings.

In addition, accessing home care will be easier than ever. If people need help with tasks like taking medications or having their blood pressure checked, help will be a phone call away. Physical therapy services are also readily available on campus.

While each apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, residents do not have to worry about cooking every meal. Social dining areas offering great cuisine will be located in Cascade Plaza. This is a perfect opportunity to get to know other residents of Lakeshore and make good friends within the campus community.

The cost of apartment rental varies depending on the size and specific location of the apartment, but is in line with comparable senior apartments in Duluth.

If you are interested in learning more about renting an apartment at Lakeshore, call Rita Walker at Lakeshore, (218) 625-8280 or email at RitaWalker@ecumen.org.
