Lakeshore continues to serve as a Home Delivered Meals site – a role it has played for many years. Lakeshore prepares noon meals that are delivered to homebound people Monday through Friday. The neighborhoods served by Lakeshore include the East Hillside, Chester Park, Congdon, Kenwood, Hunters Park, Woodland and Lakeside/Lester Park. Meals are also transported to Bethany Lutheran Church to serve the Lincoln Park residents in need.

Meals are packed and delivered each day by dedicated volunteers. The cold portion of the meal consists of bread, milk, a dessert and a salad. The hot portion consists of a meat, vegetable and potato.
