About Our Current Campus

Lakeshore is a place of ministry, short term care and extended care. Founded in 1930 by the Augustana Lutheran Church, its doors have always been open to serve individuals and families of all religious faiths.

Our campus offers 40 general Assisted Living Apartments and 20 Memory Care Apartments. Residents enjoy a resort-like dining room with chef-prepared meals, a full-service café, community living room with fireplace, library, club room, housekeeping services, scheduled activities and 24-hour onsite staff.

We also provide care to people who need subactute care while recovering from surgery or an injury. Our Short-Stay and Rehabilitation Center offers patients a relaxing environment in which to heal. Richly decorated with 56 private rooms, two shared suites, a fireplace and comfortable sitting areas, patients will feel right at home.

Ask anyone who's familiar with Lakeshore why it's such a special place and they'll probably tell you, ìt's the people! Our dedicated staff provides outstanding care and support. And each resident – with his or her individual life experience, memories and values – is truly precious and unique. Together, our staff and residents create an environment that's as dynamic and invigorating as it is peaceful and relaxing, all in a quality setting. The result is a community of residents and caregivers who respect and enjoy each other.
